Embellish Mag Challenge

Their color combos and inspiration photos are just so lovely, not to speak of the wonderful samples. You may ask, what is she talking about?!? The Embellish Mag Challenges of course! I wanted to play along with their challenges right from the beginning but actually it never happened. Now is the time :) Take a look at the Jeweled Color Trends Challenge inspiration...

... and here's my card - not so clean with all the splatters but fairly simple ;-)

Recipient: Mela
Speaking of challenges, did you stop by the SAZ blog lately? My DT colleague Maria found a wonderful Polish scrapbook supplies manufacturer, Wycinanka (which I believe simply means cut-out in English). Aaaand,... the lovely owner of Wycinanka offered a goodie package to one of our dear readers :) Let me tell you I envy the winner a little since I found these cute hot-air balloon chipboard pieces and the wooden cupcakes in their shop. What's you gotta do in order to win? Send us a (low-resolution) photo of your favorite crafty project (card, layout, mini album, art journals, etc.) via e-mail to submissions@scrap-art-zine.de no later than April 15, 2012. The project should have never be made public before in any form because - like a cherry on top of your goodie bag - your work may be published in Scrap-Art-Zine's summer print issue! Internationals are definitively welcome to submit :)

Sooo, good luck to everyone who wants to participate! Have a great Easter :)
